Advocacy Award

Advocacy Award: The ASLA Florida Advocacy Award honors an individual who has gone above and beyond in their service to the Chapter, demonstrating exceptional commitment to advancing the profession through advocacy, leadership, and dedicated volunteer efforts.

    ASLA / LAF Career Discovery Scholarship

    LAF: The LAF Career Discovery Scholarship supports students from underrepresented or marginalized groups who are exploring a career in landscape architecture. This award is designed to increase awareness, access, and opportunities within the profession by providing financial assistance and recognition to emerging talent at the earliest stages of their design journey.

      Jeffrey Siegel Award 

      The Jeffrey Siegel Past President’s Leadership Award may be awarded at the will and direction of the Florida Chapter ASLA Immediate Past President with the intent that the honor of this award is reserved for only the profession’s most exceptional leaders. The award may be presented as often or as seldom as determined appropriate by the Immediate Past President.

      Mike Oliver Scholarship Award Recipient 

      The Mike Oliver Educational Scholarship Award was established in memory of Mike Oliver, FASLA PLA (1944-2015). Mike’s 45 plus years of service to the American Society of Landscape Architects included being an active participate in and support of the mission and vision of the Society and brought this same level of dedication and commitment to local and statewide service projects. He diligently sought to promote ASLA as the soul of the profession of landscape architecture. Mike recognized that the future of our profession lies with the success of ASLA and young landscape architects who will grow the discipline into the mid-21st century. Mike served as a LARE Review instructor for more than 20 years.

        President's Award

        President's Award: The ASLA Florida President’s award is given at the discretion of the sitting ASLA Florida President to an ASLA member for unselfish and devoted service to the Chapter over a period of not less than five years.
