Senator Bobby Powell: Florida House of Representatives
Bobby Powell is a Democratic member of the Florida Senate who has represented the 30th district, which includes West Palm Beach and surrounding areas in northeastern Palm Beach County, since 2016. He previously served two terms in the Florida House of Representatives, representing the parts of the West Palm Beach area from 2012 to 2016.
Representative Christine Hunschofsky: Florida House of Representatives
Christine Hunschofsky is a member of the Democratic Party, and served as the Mayor of Parkland, Florida from 2017 to 2020. She currently represents district 96th district which is a part of Broward county.
Representative Toby Overdorf: Florida House of Representatives
Toby Overdorg is a Republican member of the Florida Legislature representing the state's 83rd House district, which includes parts of Martin and St. Lucie counties.
Jennifer Daoulas
Jennifer Daoulas is landscape architect at Kimley Horn in Tampa. She received her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Clemson University and her Master of Natural Resources from Virginia Tech. Jennifer has remained an active member of the Florida Chapter serving as Secretary for two terms and currently serves as the President for the ASLA Florida Chapter.
Diana Ferguson
Diana joined Rutledge Ecenia in January 2011 as an attorney and lobbyist. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of environmental and administrative law, regulated industries and government relations. She currently provides governmental advocacy services for several clients, including businesses, local governments, associations, and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Diana provided legislative counsel to the Florida Association of Counties. In that capacity, she lobbied numerous environmental issues as well as other local government issues.
Matthew Gallagher
Born and raised in Florida, Matthew Gallagher received a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability & the Built Environment from the University of Florida. Prior to joining ASLA, Matthew has experience with the Wilson Center and American Enterprise Institute.
Emily O'Mahoney
Emily M. O’Mahoney, FASLA, PLA, LEED AP is a partner in the firm of 2GHO, Inc. in Jupiter Florida working on a wide range of project types. Her technical specialty is accessibility and her passion is for ASLA and landscape architecture, especially helping emerging professionals pass the LARE. Emily is serving as our ASLA President Elect, the first of her three-year presidential term with national ASLA.
Caleb Rasper
Originally from New York, Caleb Raspler received his Bachelor’s degree from UMass Amherst and his law degree from California Western. Caleb has experience on Capitol Hill and at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency which enhanced his passion for environmental, climate, and sustainability issues.
Kevin White
Kevin White is a Senior Landscape Architect with England Thims & Miller Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science, College of Agriculture, University of Florida and his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, College of Design, Construction and Planning, University of Florida- 2002 (1st graduating class of the 5-year accredited program). Kevin has been a committed member of ASLA Florida for 24 years and has served in various roles including President of the Chapter and currently serves as the Member at Large for Advocacy and Licensure.
