Borja Crane-Amores

Program Management Director of the Division of Water Resource Management

Florida Department of Environmental Protection

Borja Crane-Amores, currently serves as the Program Management Director of the Division of Water Resource Management, for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. He has worked with the writing and implementation of changes to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C, that identify stormwater design criteria and best management practices using the most recent scientific information available to increase the removal of nutrients from stormwater discharges in the state, and to increase consistency under the Clean Waterways Act, Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida. His area of expertise includes managing state and federal funding, MS4 permitting, compliance and enforcement, technical reviews, and rulemaking of state and federal rules. Borja is a Florida State University alum with a seventeen-year career having served in the Division of Laboratories and Division of Environmental Assessment and Restoration.


Eban Bean

Associate Professor and Extension Specialist

University of Florida’s Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering

Dr. Eban Bean is an Associate Professor and Extension Specialist of Urban Water Resour

ces Engineering in the University of Florida’s Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering. His applied research and extension programs focus on irrigation conservation, low-impact development and green stormwater infrastructure, and low-cost water resource monitoring.


Diana Ferguson

Attorney & Lobbyist

Diana joined Rutledge Ecenia in January 2011 as an attorney and lobbyist.  Her practice is concentrated in the areas of environmental and administrative law, regulated industries and government relations.  She currently provides governmental advocacy services for several clients, including businesses, local governments, associations, and non-profit organizations.  Prior to joining the firm, Diana provided legislative counsel to the Florida Association of Counties.  In that capacity, she lobbied numerous environmental issues as well as other local government issues.​


Kevin White, ASLA

ASLA Florida Member at Large for Advocacy & Licensure

Kevin White is a Senior Landscape Architect with England Thims & Miller Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science, College of Agriculture, University of Florida and his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, College of Design, Construction and Planning, University of Florida - 2002 (1st graduating class of the 5-year accredited program). Kevin has been a committed member of ASLA Florida for 24 years and has served in various roles including President of the Chapter and currently serves as the Member at Large for Advocacy and Licensure.
