2026 Annual Conference - Exhibitor Booth Staff

BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION

Booth staff registration for our 2026 Annual Conference + Expo, July 15th - July 17th at the beautiful Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin is now open. If you have a 6x6 or 10x10, your first two booth staff are free with your booth registration. If you have a 10x20 or 20x10, your first three booth staff are free with your booth registration. Any additional booth staff will be $75 each.

Just as a reminder, booth staff do not have access to any of the educational sessions.

• 11:00 AM Exhibit Hall Grand Opening
• 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Lunch with the Exhibitors
• 2:00 PM - 2:15 PM Refreshment Break in Exhibit Hall
• 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Exhibit Hall Reception

Thursday, July 16

• 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM Refreshment Break in Exhibit Hall
• 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM Lunch in Exhibit Hall
• 1:30 PM - Exhibit Hall Closes
• 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM Exhibitor Breakdown
