Registration

  • Sponsorship includes a 10x10 exhibit space. Customizable Packages can include one of the following:

    *If additional staff are registered you will be sent an invoice for $75
  • Sponsor an educational session that stands out to you. Sponsors have the opportunity to introduce the session or play a short, 1 minute video at the start of the session.
  • Provide the attendee’s with a gift to receive at registration. This gift must have the conference logo on it, but is welcome to feature your company logo as well! As the sponsor, you have the ability to choose the gift and will be in charge of ordering and shipping to the Conference Venue. (*Approval of item selection is required)
  • Provide the speakers with a gift to receive at their session. This gift must have the conference logo on it, but is welcome to feature your company logo as well! As the sponsor, you have the ability to choose the gift and will be in charge of ordering and shipping to the Conference Venue. (*Approval of item selection is required)
  • Beverage stations are a popular attendee benefit. Attendees like to begin their busy day with a cup of coffee or refresh their afternoon with a tea or lemonade. Branding benefits include branded signage at the station and branded napkins or coffee sleeves. You can also do a meet and greet at the station.
  • Have your logo featured on the attendee lanyard.
  • Sponsor the plants decorating the stage in the general session.
  • We will customize 50 drink tickets with your logo for you to hand out to attendees at the reception. You may buy multiple bundles!
  • Have a featured food + drink station at the Opening Reception to ensure you are a popular stop! Attendees will be given a map of the various culinary stops featuring your one-of-a-kind combination. Options can be customized. A list of options will be sent to sponsors to choose from.
  • Kick-start the day with a sponsored breakfast for the attendees to enjoy in the Exhibit Hall. Branding benefits include branded signage at the station and branded napkins.
  • The ASLA Florida Ex-Com meets the day before conference kicks off for dinner. Be the featured sponsor and join the leaders of ASLA Florida at this private dinner. Two (2) representatives from your company are invited to join.
  • Sponsor one of our most popular sessions at Conference. The Laws and Rules session is a must attend session for attendees and includes legislative updates from representatives in the state of Florida. Sponsorship includes the chance to introduce the session and onstage recognition at the session.
  • Sponsor one of the popular Keynote Sessions that will take place at conference. This is your opportunity to sponsor the largest gathering of attendees at the event. Sponsorship includes two-minute welcome video from sponsor and onstage recognition at the session.
  • Have your logo appear on the conference badge printer main screen.
  • Have your logo appear with a custom ASLA Florida Branded display at the conference.
  • Have your logo appear on the registration desk header throughout the conference.
  • Customized photo station with logo backdrop. You can also do a meet and greet at the station.

  • Welcome ASLA Members and conference attendees to Ponte Vedra! They will arrive from all over the state and the welcome reception help them kick off the conference with drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Sponsorship includes company logo on attendee drink tickets and on branded napkins.
