12:00 PM - Exhibit Hall Grand Opening

2:45 PM - 3:15 PM - Refreshment Break in Exhibit Hall

5:30 PM - 7:30 PM - Exhibit Hall Reception

Booth Staff Registration:

To register booth staff, please use the Register Now button below. All exhibitors attending the conference must complete the process to register as booth staff. Additional Expo Hall passes will be $75.

The 6'x6' and 10'x10' booths receive 2 Expo Hall Passes.
The 15'x15' and 10'x20' booths receive 3 Expo Hall Passes.

Exhibitor Portal Access:

You will receive an email from orders@gemsevents.com with information to access the Exhibitor Portal which contains additional information and ordering instructions for power and internet. If you did not receive the email from Gems, please reach out to info@aslaflorida.org.

Lead Retrieval:

Lead Retrieval will be offered through the WHOVA Conference App. To learn how to best utilize the process, please watch this How to Video or access the How To Guide. In order to access lead retrieval during the conference, all on site booth staff must be registered prior to July 19, 2024. Any registrations after the July 19th deadline will not have lead retrieval through the Whova App.
